The campaign for the 2022 TIARA Recruitment Awards launches today to recognise the best recruitment companies to work for, those providing the best candidate and client service, achieving the highest growth, and those innovating and optimising technology to transform the sector.
“As competition for talent has intensified in recruitment, those who have built the best employer brands, balanced tech and touch, and trained their own specialists and growth leaders have already won this year,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “The TIARAs offer a powerful endorsement to TALiNT International’s inhouse and agency audience to not only attract new clients but the industry’s best talent as well.”
Access Recruitment returns as headline partner and sponsor of the Best Use of Technology Award, with Head of Strategy Jason Martin re-joining the judging panel.
“What has stood out in recent years is the focus on D&I and L&D,” commented Jason Martin. “Last year I was really impressed by the lengths that recruiters have gone to to invest in their people and the technology to support that. Those businesses are in the best shape to succeed this year.”
The TIARAs are distinguished by the rigour of its judging process and the quality of its judging panel. Katie Folwell-Davies – former head of Deloitte’s Human Capital Services M&A practice and now Investment Partner at Twenty20 Capital – returns as Chair of Judges for the 2022 TIARA Recruitment Awards.
Commenting on last year’s winners – which included Reed, Amoria Bond, NRL, Sigmar, NES Fircroft, The Barton Partnership, Signify Technology, ersg, Goodman Masson, La Fosse, RGF Staffing, TFS Healthcare and Trinnovo Group – she said: “Those that stood out for me had invested through the pandemic – in headcount and technology – and were able to demonstrate through their KPIs and their numbers the growth that was going to come from that investment.”
The TIARA judging panel is distinguished by some of the industry’s leading executives, NEDs, and chairmen alongside heads of TA and HR from some of the world’s largest employers.
“TALiNT Partners is unique in that we cover the whole talent ecosystem, and the TIARA judges reflect that breadth of perspectives,” said TALiNT Partners CEO Ken Brotherston. “This gives us insight into the changing needs of employers and what’s relevant for the best and most forward-thinking recruitment companies.”
The TIARA’s simple online award platform makes it easier to compile entries and for judges to provide valuable feedback to all those shortlisted.
The entry deadline for the 2022 TIARAs is 24th June. Finalists will be announced on 14th July and winners will be crowned on 19th October at a Gala Dinner for 500 recruitment leaders at The Brewery in London.
The TIARA 2022 campaign is supported by Access Recruitment as headline partner and award sponsors including: 3R, 6CATS International, Blackwood Capital, Clearwater International, Fore:Two Group, Grant Thornton, Mercury, Mishcon de Reya, Odro, Parasol Group, PurePro, Saffery Champness, Sonovate, Twenty20 Capital and WorkWell.
