Entry Guidelines
To increase your chances of being shortlisted:
- Register on our online entry platform and select the TIARA Recruitment Awards UK&I. Our awards management system allows you to save, amend, submit and pay for your entries.
- Provide testimonials, links to videos or case studies in the Supplementary Information section.
- Provide information about commercial performance and other key improvement measure.
- If you are entering multiple award categories, please adapt your entries as questions may differ.
- Please note that the £320 cost per entry includes judging feedback.

- This Award recognises an impressive track record of sustainable growth and resilience in context of size, stage of scale, specialism and sector.
The International Recruitment Company of the Year
- This Award recognises those who have demonstrated sustainable and compliant growth in international sales, profit, headcount, and customer base.
