Interex has shown remarkable growth since 2016 and demonstrated great depth of support for their employees. The mission and purpose of the business is clear, which is aligned with business activity and strongly led by their CEO.

Judges praised La Fosse for the remarkable growth they have achieved since the pandemic and proving a clear purpose beyond their profit. Judges were also impressed by the impact of their employee shareholder scheme, which has given its people a voice, enhanced its employer brand, and driven commercial success.

Ged Mason started his recruitment career in Canada before returning to the UK and beginning life as what he calls a brew-boy. Learning the business from top to bottom saw him appointed Managing Director of Morson Group in 1999, before then being appointed CEO in 2005. 

Ged is an amazing ambassador, entrepreneur and benefactor in his region. Supporting numerous charitable causes within the region, including: The Seashell Trust, Engineering Excellence Scholarships, University of Salford Makerspace project and Destination Florida – all causes close to our recipient’s heart.
