Wednesday 15th October 2025 – Winners of the 2025 TIARA UK & Ireland Recruitment Awards were revealed at a Gala Dinner at The Royal Lancaster in London today, attended by CEOs and senior executives from the best in the UK staffing sector.
“After another challenging year for the recruitment sector, it’s clear by the quality of those shortlisted and triumphing as winners that the best can succeed in any market,” said Alex Evans, MD of TALiNT Partners. “What shone out most this year were those who have adapted to new client and candidate expectations with fit for the future business models and services.”
The biggest winners on the night were VHR (Innovation, Temporary Recruitment Business & International Recruitment Company Up to £50M), Pracyva Limited (International Recruitment Company Over £50M & Best Recruitment Company to Work for Over £50M) and Penta Consulting (Growth & Specialist Over £50M)
New entrants who triumphed this year included Optime Group (Technology), Linnk Group (Best Recruitment Company Up to £50M) and Boden Group (Recruitment Marketing).
Top individual honours went to Recruitment Leader of the Year Danny Brooks, CEO of VHR, for leading continued global growth, innovating with fixed price and talent creation solutions, and championing EDI with real examples of impact and change for clients around the world.
Katie Folwell-Davies, Investment Partner at Twenty20 Capital, was also honoured for an impressive career in Human Capital M&A and dresented with the 2025 TIARA Hall of Fame Award.
