Entry Guidelines

To increase your chances of being shortlisted:

  • Register on our online entry platform and select the TIARA Recruitment Awards. Our awards management system allows you to save, amend, submit and pay for your entries
  • Provide an answer for every question within the word limit
  • Provide testimonials, links to videos or case studies in the Supplementary Information section
  • Provide information about commercial performance and other key improvement measure
  • If you are entering multiple award categories, please adapt your entries as some questions may differ
  • Please note that the £200 cost per entry includes judging feedback
  • Submit your entries by Friday 25th June

The TWENTY20 Capital Best Recruitment Company to Work For (£20M - 50m)

  • Open to any recruitment company with UK net fee income between £20m and £50m, This award recognises employers of choice in recruitment who can demonstrate innovation and impact in their attraction, induction, development and retention of talent.

The Gambit Best Recruitment Company to work for (£50M+)

  • Open to any recruitment company with UK net fee income of £50m and above, this award recognises employers of choice in recruitment who can demonstrate innovation and impact in their attraction, induction, development and retention of talent.
