Entry Guidelines
To increase your chances of being shortlisted:
- Register on our online entry platform and select the TIARA Recruitment Awards UK&I. Our awards management system allows you to save, amend, submit and pay for your entries
- Provide testimonials, links to videos or case studies in the Supplementary Information section
- Provide information about commercial performance and other key improvement measure
- To qualify for the TIARAs you must have revenue of at least £5million, apart from our New Scale Up Award
- If you are entering multiple award categories, please adapt your entries as some questions may differ
- Please note that the £300 cost per entry includes judging feedback
- Submit your entries by 6th July 2023

- This Award recognises excellence in the way candidates are sourced, managed and supported to ensure the best outcome.
The Scale Up Recruitment Company of the Year
- This Award recognises a high growth recruitment business with revenues between £1 Million and £5 Million that has built the strongest foundations for scale.
The Workwell Innovation Award
- This Award recognises the best examples of innovation and improvement that have enabled recruiters to gain a competitive edge or grow more profitably.
The Parasol Temporary Recruitment Company of the Year
- This Award recognises excellence, innovation and growth in sourcing, placing and supporting temporary and contingent talent.
The Qdos Growth Recruitment Company of the Year
- This Award recognises an impressive track record of sustainable growth in sales, profit, headcount, and client base in context of size and stage of scale.
The 6CATS International Recruitment Company of The Year
