Cost of entry: £160 + VAT

Entry Guidelines

Increase your chances of being a finalist or crowned a winner by:

  • Carefully reading the criteria for each award category
  • Provide all relevant information in the Company Fact Sheet and entry form
  • Complete your entry in plain text Word format (NOT PDF) and do not exceed 1,200 words
  • Do not include any pictures, graphs or logos and focus instead on testimonials or data
  • There is a fee of £160 + VAT per entry and only paid for entries will be submitted for judging (contact christine@talint.co.uk for payment)*
  • Once your entry is complete, please email it to lauren@talint.co.uk and david@talint.co.uk.

*Please note that POINTSIX members can enter up to two categories free of charge and also qualify for two complimentary dinner places

The Categories

The Parasol Back Office Team of the Year

  • Open to any recruitment business with at least £5m in UK net fee income, this Award recognises an exemplary team within any back office function that has enabled or best supported growth, innovation, or performance.

The Client Service Award

  • Open to any recruitment business with at least £5m in UK net fee income, this award recognises excellence and collaboration in the delivery of talent acquisition project or ongoing campaign.

The Fore:Two Group Candidate Service Award

  • Open to any recruitment business with at least £5m in UK net fee income, this award recognises excellence, innovation and impact in the way candidates are sourced, managed, and supported to ensure the best outcome for candidates.

The Diversity & Inclusion Award

  • Open to any recruitment business with at least £5m in UK net fee income, this award recognises the commercial and cultural impact of policies and initiatives to promote greater diversity and inclusion for their employees, clients and candidates.

The Innovation Award

  • Open to any recruitment business with at least £5m in UK net fee income, this award recognises the best executed and impactful examples of innovation - in the business, market sector, or wider industry.

The Volcanic Marketing Campaign of the Year

  • Open to any recruitment sector business with at least £5m in UK net fee income, this award recognises the best end-to-end marketing initiative that can demonstrate excellence and innovation in conception, execution and results.

THE CLEARWATER Growth Recruitment Company of The Year

  • Open to any recruitment company with at least £1m in Gross Profit or NFI in April 2019, this award recognises an impressive track record of sustainable growth – in sales, profit, headcount, and client base.

The 6 CATS International Recruitment Company of The Year

  • Open to any recruitment business with at least £5m in UK net fee income that has overseas operations or clients, this award recognises those who have demonstrated sustainable growth in international sales, profit, headcount, and customer base.

THE GRANT THORNTON Specialist Recruitment Company of the Year

  • Only open to recruitment businesses specialising in a specific vertical with at least £5m in UK net fee income, this award recognises market leaders in a niche sector who can demonstrate the best growth, depth of knowledge, and differentiation from its competitors

The Recruit Ventures Group Temporary Recruitment Company of the Year

  • Only open to businesses specialising in temporary and contract recruitment with at least £5m in UK net fee income, this award recognises financial and market growth as well as excellence and innovation in sourcing, supporting and placing the best candidates.

THE ACCESS GROUP Best Recruitment Company to Work For (£5m to £50m)

  • Open to any recruitment company with UK net fee income between £5m and £50m, this award recognises employers of choice who can demonstrate innovation and impact in their attraction, induction, development and retention of talent.

The Access Group Best Recruitment Company to Work For (£50m+)

  • Open to any recruitment company with UK net fee income above £50m, this award recognises employers of choice who can demonstrate innovation and impact in their attraction, induction, development and retention of talent.

The Mishcon de Reya Recruitment Entrepreneur of the Year

  • Open to any founder of a recruitment business with at least £5m in UK net fee income, this award recognises a visionary leader who has achieved exceptional growth, pioneered transformational improvement - in their business or industry – and inspired the highest levels of engagement and performance from their people.

The Saffery Champness Hall of Fame Award

  • This award honours an individual with a distinguished career in the recruitment sector who has had a major impact on the industry and achieved exceptional success as a business leader.
