The campaign for the 2023 TIARA Recruitment Awards launches today to recognise exemplary growth, client and candidate service, innovation and leadership in the UK&I staffing sector.
“As competition for talent has intensified in recruitment, those who have built the best employer brands, balanced tech and touch, and trained their own specialists and growth leaders have already won this year,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “The TIARAs offer a powerful endorsement to TALiNT International’s HR and Recruitment audience to not only attract new clients but the industry’s best talent as well.”
A new Scale Up Recruiter of the Year Award has been introduced to recognise high growth firms with revenues between £1 Million and £5 Million.
“Recognising that a commitment to DE&I is a basic requirement for all recruiters – as employers and partners – we have built this into all of this year’s award categories,” added Alex Evans. “We look forward to seeing how the best in the sector have pushed things forward.”
Last year’s winners included Opus Talent Solutions, Seven Resourcing, Trinnovo Group, Srativ Group, NES Fircroft, Community Resourcing Limited, Danny Sullivan Group, Engage Partners, Xpertise Recruitment, ERSG, NHS Professionals and Frank Recruitment Group. Access Recruitment returns as headline partner, with Head of Strategy Jason Martin re-joining the judging panel.
“What has stood out in recent years is the focus on D&I and L&D,” commented Jason Martin. “Last year I was really impressed by the lengths that recruiters of all sizes have gone to invest in their people and the technology to support that. Those businesses are in the best shape to succeed this year.”
The TIARAs are distinguished by the rigour of its judging process and the quality of its judging panel. It is distinguished by some of the sector’s leading executives, NEDs, and chairmen alongside heads of TA and HR from some of the world’s largest employers and industry leaders from LinkedIn, Apsco and the Employment and Recruitment Federation.
“In the year when the staffing industry generated more than $600b in global revenues, we are delighted to recognise and celebrate those firms who are leading the way.” commented Ken Brotherston, Chief Executive of TALiNT Partners. “The most forward-thinking recruitment companies are harnessing the possibilities of new technologies without losing sight of the important of human interaction.”
The TIARA’s easy-to-use, online award platform makes it easier to draft, save and submit entries all in one place. The system also allows our expert panel of judges to provide valuable feedback to all those shortlisted.
