The TIARA Recruitment Awards open on the 4th April 2024 and close on 5th July 2024.
The deadline for entries is 23:59 on Friday 5th July 2024.
These Awards are open to recruitment and staffing agencies who operate within the UK or Ireland, and have revenue of over £5 Million. We also have our Scale Up category open for companies with revenues between £1 Million and £5 Million.
There is an entry fee of £320 per entry. This fee also includes anonymised judges’ feedback, which is unique to the TIARAs, providing expert insight from our experienced panel of judges.
In total there are 17 award categories, with 16 categories available to enter. The Hall of Fame Award honors an individual with a distinguished career in the recruitment sector, so cannot be entered.
You can enter as many categories as you would like but ensure you adapt your entries so that your answers relate specifically to the category title. Our judges review multiple categories so they will be able to tell if you’ve duplicated answers.
Yes, for each question there is a 250-word limit. Testimonials are not included within this limit and can be added in a separate section of the entry form.
All entries are submitted through Award Force https://tiara.awardsplatform.com
The information within your entry will be strictly private and confidential, and will only be accessed by the TIARA awards team and the selected judges who will be scoring the category. All 2024 judges will sign an NDA before viewing your submission.
Our distinguished judging panel initially scores the entries on Award Force, before the in-person judging day where they discuss and decide on the category winners.
Finalists will be announced on Tuesday 23rd July.
Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 16th October 2024 at The Royal Lancaster, London.
There is a fee of £320 per individual ticket to the Awards Ceremony. This includes a 3-course gala dinner and a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks throughout the evening. We do offer a discounted rate for full tables of 10.
Senior leaders and CEOs should attend the ceremony, as it is a great opportunity to connect and meet with the sector’s top staffing firms.
